If you look at the inside of the tip, you will see two small extrusions in the shape of a box.... this is the side that faces the front of the tool, and snaps into the notch on the nose of the tool. When the tip is not in this position, they will come off easily......witch is the reason you are reading this description, you need replacements......sorry for your loss.
