GXPS-451  Pol’E TAC Top Binder  A low viscosity thermal-set concentrated additive for thinning color while building hand or finish of the film.  It aids in providing a harder hand finish to textiles, such as, cotton, denim, canvas or board.  It can be further reduced with water to fix or even out color and finish.  Heat set on textiles.

May be sprayed when reduced as a fixative,  over any of our Private Stock colors.

All of our  products are heat-set at 350 degree’s F for 20 seconds.

Use quality exterior clears for all exterior finishes.

All products comprises the highest quality uv pigment possible at maximum concentrations per type product not considered either chromic or acute in hazards and maintains ASTM D 4236 certification by a toxicologist and conforms to non-toxic labeling.  Keep out of the reach of children, this is a product for professional use and will stain on contact with most surfaces.
